Zero Abuse Policy

We conduct our business in good faith and respect to our customers to help bring American products to those living in Australia. We expect the same respect and good faith in return.

We have a zero abuse policy, meaning that if staff or other customers are verbally (text or spoken), physically abused or made uncomfortable by a person's presence at any time, our staff have the right to deny service, cease communications and escort the person off the premises.

Social Media

This policy extends to our social media pages and posts. Any posts that are abusive, threatening or unwanted will be deleted and banned.

Our commitment to you is to ensure a fun and happy environment for shopping for all customers and staff. Customers come to our store to share experiences, nostalgia and to try something new.
